Los l\u00edderes tienen como funci\u00f3n principal motivar a sus equipos, utilizando la creatividad para promover un desarrollo continuo y con resultados eficientes. Esto hace <strong>del liderazgo y la motivaci\u00f3n dos piezas inseparables.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n de acciones que fomenten la motivaci\u00f3n, aunque no sea una tarea sencilla, puede lograrse mediante formaciones, mejores equipos y condiciones f\u00edsicas en el trabajo, recompensas, reconocimiento o un liderazgo capacitado, que contribuyan a la creaci\u00f3n de un ambiente seguro.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>liderazgo motivacional<\/strong> puede definirse como una forma de conducir un equipo de trabajo cuyo objetivo es garantizar la motivaci\u00f3n y el compromiso de los colaboradores en la realizaci\u00f3n de sus tareas, obteniendo \u00e9xito e inter\u00e9s en el cumplimiento de sus funciones. Un l\u00edder motivador debe guiar, inspirar e incentivar a su equipo para que alcance su m\u00e1ximo nivel de compromiso.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>La motivaci\u00f3n y el trabajo en equipo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Cada vez m\u00e1s, las funciones de los colaboradores se interconectan y las relaciones de interdependencia aumentan, haciendo que la capacidad de<strong> trabajo en equipo<\/strong> sea cada vez m\u00e1s esencial.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el trabajo en equipo es m\u00e1s que un conjunto de colaboradores interactuando entre s\u00ed. Es imprescindible <strong>aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo las sinergias<\/strong> que de ah\u00ed resultan y <strong>superar los obst\u00e1culos<\/strong> que puedan surgir.
